I used to spell it as ok, but I teach ESL students online, and when it's written that way, they tend to say what sounds like "ock", so now I spell it as okay.

DS 24 spells it k.
DH spells it ok.

My children, who are young adults, taught me to type "kk" in text messages. Even my 86 year old parents write "kk" in text messages.
