I had two interviews today after waiting for about 2 1/2 months. My last interview was in March. I feel like the first interview went very well. They will be making a decision in a couple of days. The second interview didn't go as well. I hope I get one so this process can be over. It is closer to home and a different grade level. Scary, but I'm ready for a challenge and change.

I hoping for the one interview that went well. You never know. I'm just hoping they didn't already have some one picked before the interviewing started. The principal was very nice, but new to elementary so I'm hoping the other person involved liked my answers. Hopefully I'll hear by first of next week. Thanks for you thoughts and luck.

I have had two interviews in the last 3 weeks. Both went well. The last one was on Tuesday and the principal called me Wednesday at 8:00pm to tell me they chose someone else. The other one which was about 3 weeks ago, I got bold and emailed her to ask if a decision had been made. She emailed me back with an apology and let me now she'd hired from within the district.
Hang in there and keep applying! I'm hoping and praying that just the right job will open up for you and me.
