I worked with this age group for over 20 years. My first recommendation would be to ensure that you have enough toys/materials for everyone. Of course you will work on turn-taking, but especially at first, it's better to keep that power struggle at a minimum.
Next, just as with kindergartners, movement is critical. If you have any music CDs or are comfortable singing---do it!
As far as activities: large puzzle work, blocks, open-ended art opportunities, and all kinds of sensory play.
