I'm so sick of feeling sick

I have been sick since September 13. It's October 3.
I have been to the doctor twice.
First time, upper respiratory infection. Antibitoics and Mucinex.
Second time, inflammation from the infection. Mucinex and inhaler.

I just woke up a bit ago with an intense headache and not able to swallow because my throat is so hot and hurting. I just started crying bc I'm done feeling awful.

Thanks for listening.

I'm sorry. Maybe time to see a specialist? An ear, nose, and throat doctor maybe? I really hope you are better soon - that is a long time to be sick. I don't blame you for crying.

I hope you find answers very soon. This is such a hectic time of year which makes it difficult to give you the time you need to recover.

I'm sorry you've been sick for so long! It's rather depressing! Any chance of taking a couple of days off to rest and recuperate?

Upper respiratory infections can just knock one out regardless of your busy teaching schedule. Any way you can take a day off tomorrow to relax and regroup? Lay low this weekend? Sometimes that is what you really need. Feel better soon.

I recommend using a Neti pot daily. I find it prevents a lot of respiratory issues. Hope you feel better.

I agree with seeing an ENT and using a NETI pot (or NASAL rinse) both those things should help you a lot....

I used to get sinus infections and upper respiratory infections CONSTANTLY before I went to the ENT. (one of the things I had to start was doing the Nasal rinse (Or Neti Pot) twice a day)

I hope you feel better soon!

I am sorry that you have been sick for that amount of time. I know some others mentioned taking off some days in a row to help you to heal. I know that is easier said than done. Prayers that you will begin to feel better soon.
