What do you spray on your hair before flat ironing? I get keratin treatments every 6 months (formally had massive curly frizzy hair). Lately I havenít been using flat iron because itís just too humid & hot. I just let it air dry, but I need something to start protecting it when I do use it. Thanks!

Protects hair from flat iron heat - Garnier Fructis Style Sleek & Shine Flat Iron Perfector Straightening Mist 24 Hour Finish, 6 Fluid Ounce

I do find that it seems too shiny. I wouldn't buy this again. I'm telling you about it so you don't get this one.

I use this, but will have to find something else soon because they've unfortunately discontinued it:

I use this. I get it from amazon or my salon, just depends on when I run out. I like it because it doesnít leave my hair stiff and it adds a little shine. https://www.aghair.com/product/smooth/firewall/

My stylist told me to spray the product on your hands and run your hands through your hair. This prevents stiff or too much product on your hair.
