Question for sped teachers:

Not sure anyone is able to answer this but I am currently in the PACE program with certification for Emotional Disabilities. I currently have 2 resource classes and a non-diploma class. I was told that i must have 50% of my caseload OHI or ED to be hired but since im in pace it didnt matter.. Just curious if anyone could help clarify this?

PACE is a alternative certification route.
I commute 1hr and 30min to and from work coach 2 sports. I interviewed for a job 10min from home and this concern was brought up after multiple interview with the school. Again this is my 1st yr in education so im not sure how to explain it to the potential school.
