I am in need of a new table for my new apartment. I'd like to chairs that go with it, too, so basically, a dining room set. The table I have now...well, let's just say YIKES...that's a whole other story!

Anyway, I have been looking around at a variety of stores and online. So far, I think the one that is best for the money and fits the apartment best is on Wayfair. The one I saw on Wayfair had a 4.7 rating out of 5 and 325 rated it. 258 rated it a 5 and 52 rated it a 4.

I have never ordered anything from Wayfair. In fact, I have never ordered furniture online ever.

Does anyone have any experience with Wayfair, in particular, their furniture?

I'm nervous about this, but I seriously haven't found anything else that I like at the price point (or even slightly above my price point) that I like and/or would go with the apartment space-wise.

I have ordered from Wayfair before. I bought a shower curtain, TV stand and home lawyer shelves with the drop down glass fronts.

Delivery was pretty quick and you can track online so you know when it is coming.

It was all packaged carefully and arrived undamaged but there is a great deal of packaging to recycle or throw away.

Love my shower curtain. Also love my TV stand. Seems very sturdy and looks nice. It was so complicated to put together we hired someone. But my husband an I are not very mechanical. The shelves look pretty but they are not the best quality. I think for our purposes they will be fine.

All items looked just as pictured one assembled. Color were pretty close to what was pictured as well.

Overall I would give Wayfair an A- if I were graded them.

My parents bought a new home a year ago, and furnished most of it with Wayfair. This home was close to a million dollars, and my mom is not easy to please. All the furniture they got looks great! And my mom said their customer service was amazing- one item came slightly damaged- they sent the paint so it could be fixed, AND a replacement (they got to keep the damaged piece). They got to keep the damaged piece and replacement. I donít know if this is typical for them, or if my mom was super dramatic, but she definitely recommends them.

I've never had any problems with Wayfair. The stuff I have gotten has been good quality.

Thanks, everyone! I'm going to check out a second-hand furniture store near my new apartment tomorrow. Then I'll make the final call based on what I see there!

I love Wayfair! When I moved, I bought 2 beds and 2 benches there. This bench (in my infamous bedroom) is one of my most complimented pieces. I had a really hard time screwing the legs on, but Iím sure it was just me. (Let me know if you want me to post a pic of the other bench.) And 3 door mats I canít wait to see are due this week. Oh, and a decorative piece arrived broken and Wayfair immediately replaced it.

(LazyLake, sorry, more pillows.)

Awesome! Thanks! Sounds like the deal is done unless I find something better at the second-hand store I'm going to tomorrow.

I've never ordered Wayfair, but these posts let us know that it can be a great website for furniture.

Amiga, I think that blank space on your pretty bench needs 2 more pillows! Seriously, if pillows make you happy, go for it!

I've ordered a headboard, patio set for my son, and lots of little things. Never an issue.
