Whisper It Wednesday

*Today is the first Zoom discussion for the book group I put together. Iím so excited, but Iím also worrying about every little thing. I hope it goes well. I hope it goes well.

*Iím nice to delivery drivers, I promise, but Iím still not happy when a promised delivery doesnít happen. I feel really bad that I am criticized and have to defend this feeling. Simple solution: Donít email and text me that itís out for delivery when itís not. Iím fine with delays; Iím not fine with lies.

*I miss my friends so much. I know most of us are struggling with Covid restrictions, but I still sorely miss my friends.

What do you need to whisper today?

*My house got cleaned yesterday and itís beautiful. I donít honk I can ever go back to cleaning it myself. I might have to sell plasma, but itíll be worth it.

*I have no desire to start school and one of buildings is all rah rah and doing a socially distanced bar b que or something next Friday. I know politically I should go, but Iím too old for that crap. I just donít want to. Iím tired of moving schools and buildings. Just leave me alone.

* Iím so tired and Iím not sure the mrs changes are helping.

* I SHOULD go to school and look at the furniture situation. I probably wonít.

I'm very tired of never having the house to myself. I need some time to be home alone.

more information about how back to school looks. I'm going to resign unless she lets me take a leave of absence. It's not enough pay for too much work. I love my friends and will miss them. I'm very sad.

Iím tired of hearing that Covid numbers are going up. I frequently wonder if we had different leadership at the local, state and national levels we wouldnít be in this hole.

Iím pretty much irritated by everyone today.

I want to do something with my husband because ha wants to. Not because we are obligated to. A wedding for someone you work with is not a date. A dinner with your classmates that I have met 1x is not a date. Vacation with your mommy in a time share that I need to clean and cook for everyone is ####ty. Have fun, Iím not going.

I have exactly 6 days to improve my attitude before I need to go back to work.

My oldest DS called this morning and is coming for a visit! He will be here tonight. He lives 16 hours away and I am so excited to see him. However, he is coming from a state with high Covid numbers so we set up the camper for him to stay in while he is here. When I told him we had the camper ready for him he got a little defensive and said he was going to stay with a friend. I am so sad that I can not even welcome my eldest child into the home he grew up in. This really really sucks.

It's getting freaking hot again. I'm sitting here sweating.

I just ate a Snickers and I wasn't satisfied.

I've been able to connect (socially distanced) with several friends. I'm treasuring the feeling of connectedness while trying not to wonder how I'll manage not seeing them when winter arrives.

Are staying at short term vacation rentals here in the mountains. It seems no one wants to stay at hotels/motels so they are inundating local neighborhoods this year. Most are respectful and quiet but I've seen a few large gatherings that shouldn't be happening. I miss our normal summertime!

I am feeling stressed over school opening and am thinking I might be done after this year. I hope I have it in me for one more after this one, because that was my plan.

I really hope my new partner proves to have integrity, because sheís not off to a good start.

We went to a buffet the other day. There were not a lot of choices but still a variety. We even sat inside the restaurant.

I finished cleaning out 2 huge closets. I have 3 more to do but Iím done.

I adjusted my swimming workout because my neck is hurting...

Maybe I need to adjust my time on the iPad instead.

I am now feeling what most people probably felt in April.

Sick of being in the house and out of stuff to keep me occupied.

Yet I get anxious driving to a Culvers and getting a shake through the drive up.

Thank God for kitty probiotics.

So frustrated right now. I've repainted my office and planned to make new curtains to cover my closet and window. I had fabric (purchased about 10 years ago for a different project) and thought I had plenty. Pulled it out to start cutting and sewing today. I was wrong. I only have enough for the window. I have more than enough of the same pattern with brown background but it feels so much darker. The fabric I planned to use is white with a pattern.

I ate way too much today.

I'm super nervous about having a teaching partner. I really like the one we are going to give it too, even though I'm still nervous since it's new. I'm also nervous that she won't take it and my old partner from my old school would take it. She was somewhat interested in it according to my principal. I really couldn't take her being my partner.

My workplace is not safe. No extra cleaning. People wander around without mask and gather in groups. We have to report to rooms with no social distancing. We already have a large group of people at other sites test positive for COVId

Now I have a fever of 100. If I get COVID, Iím going to be so angry!

Our union tried to convince the superintendent and school board they were not practicing proper protocols to protect their employees.
