Quilting Channels on YouTube

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I was looking up some things a bit ago, when I thought it would be a good idea to share some of the quilting things I subscribe to on YouTube. I'm sure you are familiar with them, too. If not, here you go.

I've watched these a lot in the past, but not so much right now. I know when I get ready to get started on the quilt I want to do first, I'll get back to checking out the videos again.

I hope these are helpful to others.

Missouri Star Quilt Company - The lady who does these, Jenny Doane, is an absolutely hoot. Easy to listen to, and I have pinned several of the videos on my Pinterest board.

Crafty Gemini - I watched this lady from the time she was just a regular person who had a great presence on her videos to a very successful sewing person.

My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe

Nancy's Notions - The lady behind this has passed away, but her videos remain on YouTube and are excellent.

Margaret Luewin Quilting

Gourmet Quilter - British lady here. I absolutely love to hear her talk and explain.

Shiny Happy World - Wendy Gratz

Not all of these are all quilting, all the time. They will explore other areas.

Thanks for sharing your list. As a beginning quilter I am on the lookout for help! I am very familiar with Nancy from Nancy’s notions. She had her show on Wisconsin Public Television (still on even though she has passed away) on Saturday mornings. I have learned a lot from that.

In our area, Texas, Its Sew Easy and Fons and Porter Quilting are on PBS every Saturday morning. The Fons and Porter series is great for all quilters, including beginners. I believe they have youtube videos available as well.
