I had my kids make ice skates and my caption was 'Skating into 2010!' I think it was in one the mailboxes. I copied the skates onto various colored construction paper and the kids laced them up. Then they covered popcicle sticks with tin foil for the blades. They really turned out cute! :0)

Have you ever seen TLC art lessons? They have a MLK picture we did last year and they came out so great!

I too do the TLC MLK activity. They turn out great and people are really impressed!

I am going to do the MLK TLC lesson too! I will hang them outside my classroom near the bulletin board. I really can't wait to see how they turn out! I'm going to do them hopefully by Tuesday.
