Clip to ScrapBook #1

Since our state is focusing on the Dyslexia mandate, I've been looking into Orton Gillingham and have been reading more on the Science of Reading. It goes against a lot of what I've been using in my classroom. I've really worked at using more OG strategies this year. Anyone using OG in their classroom with success? I'd love to be trained in it.

I disagree with the term "science of reading" being used as a way to shape pedagogy. That being said, I am going to a training next month.
