Several are using the wireless doorbells for transition times and for classroom management. Which is the best one to purchase and how do you use them?
TIA

I just ordered one today.I ordered the SadoTech Model C one based on reviews. I plan on using it during reading and Math workshop. I will ring it 3 minutes before we rotate so students know that they need to finish and be prepared to clean up and move to the next station. I hope this will allow me to be able to stay focused with my group until the end. Fingers crossed that it works.

for $11.99.

Of course, it is--because I bought in June at $12.99

Not sure what I will use it for yet but liked it enough at that price to take a chance that it will be of use.

With that many ring tones, I might be able to use it for multiple tasks.

Mine was under $8 on Amazon. I use mine as an actual dooorbell, though.

getting attention, too.

I use one that has two "ringers," and that allows me to put one in the front and one in the back for better sound coverage.

Here's the title of the one that I got on Amazon:

SadoTech Model CXRi Wireless Doorbell - with 1 Remote Button + 1 Plugin Receiver + 1 Battery Operated Receiver, Over 1000-feet Range, 52 USA Chimes, Adjustable Volume and LED Flash, Matte Black

It costs more because of the extra remote ringer, but I've found it very helpful. The door bell button is also like a nice-sized remote.
