Sounds good! Where in Canada are you? I have a team teacher who will also have about 35 kids - would you be interested in having both classes write? I'll ask him if he is interested.

I was thinking that we could write about once a month or so - we start mid-August and go through mid-June. What are your thoughts?

If you still need pen pals, I will have two sections of 6th and am looking for pen pals, about 30 in each section. I am in Mississippi.

I will be teaching approx. 24 6th graders in the fall (elementary) I'd be interested in connecting with any of you. We have videoconferencing equipment & would like to link up with our pen pals during the year for "meeting" times. Email me @ rward@cassopolis.org if you are interested.

Sounds good! We are on Vancouver Island in the province of British Columbia - beautiful place to live!! We don't start until the second week of Sept. and then only part time with our groups, full time the third week.

I am in Virginia and will have roughly 20 kids in September. However we will have two other 5th grade Gifted and Talented Classes that will add another 40 kids if anyone is interested.

Thanks!

Hi all,
This is my 3rd year as a grade 6 teacher and would love to join in with penpals, have not done it yet. I am also in Canada, but would love to have pen pals from other places, whether individual penplas or class pen pals

I teach 6th grade in Nebraska. I would love to have pen pals for my classroom. I am expecting 25 students this year. I live in a military town so the number sometimes fluctuates!
