Interested to know which size is best for the Pensieve, 1in or 1.5? Do any of you use a larger size?

I use 1 1/2 inches. As you add papers throughout the year you need a little extra room. At least I do

I am a total newbie to PT, and have just run across the Pensieve topic. Would you mind explaining what Pensieve is?
Thanks!

A 1 inch binder last year. As a page filled up, I would move it to a student file where I collect information for conferences and such. This worked well for me.

MizSunflower, Pensieve is the notebook used to record student data in reference to Daily5 and Cafe. It was given that name in reference to the pensieve(a book) used in Harry Potter movies.

I use a 1.5 inch binder- I need a little extra room, too!

I'm a better safe than sorry type of gal.

I started out using a 1 inch my first year of doing the CAFE, then moved to a 1.5 inch my second year. This year I am using a 2 inch binder. I keep my reading, writing and math notes all in one - so I kept growing out of each binder as I tweaked what I put in the binder. I also put individual test scores from our STAR and AR test.

Hope this helps.

I have three classes so use three notebooks. Two are 1" and just to see how it goes, I have a 1 1/2 to try with one of the classes. The ones I used last year were too flimsy and I did not use them as often as I would have liked.
