and I don't even mind. I was up bright and early and made the most of this gorgeous 70 degree day!! I was home by 4:00 and had an hour of daylight to enjoy here in the house before having to turn on the lights.

Now, I'm snuggled on the couch under a blanket (house is colder than outside, as I haven't turned on my heat, yet). THIS is why I want to decorate my mantle...sitting on the couch under a blanket just screams, "Twinkly, white lights!!".

How's everyone else adjusting?

Funny I was just going to start a post saying it’s only 4:30 but feels like 8:00

I am not a fan. I'm glad I no longer have to go to school. It use to be up and to work in the dark & home in the dark. Now at least I get to enjoy the sunshine.

I am not a morning person, so I like the light at night.

I honestly don't like it, either, but I am really trying to find the good in things, lately. I had let myself get a little negative for awhile, so I am practicing being more positive. It's working, lol.

I wish daylight savings time lasted all year long. I am not a morning person, and I would love to have the extra light in the early evening.

I actually really enjoy the first week or so of falling back because I feel super productive because I can get so much done and it's still early.

I got up at my usual time. The "extra" hour today was nice, but with the rainy weather and the time change I hate how dark it is in the winter. Eliza, 70 degrees in November sounds wonderful. Do what makes you happy and get the white lights up.

I hate the time change. They say the week after we change clocks there is an uptick in heart attacks and car accidents. I would like us to settle on one time like Arizona and leave it alone.

I wish time change would stop happening. I lived for over 13 years in places where it didn't change and that was awesome.

I just wanted to add on although I love it getting darker sooner- that I hate the time actually changing and just wish they would leave it like this and not spring forward. I think that being light outside so late in the evening causes kids to go to bed too late due to sports practices and other events and I think that’s why there is more stress and an uptick in behavior issues in the spring. I would like to see how it plays out naturally without forcing a change.

We don’t spring forward or fall back. I like it just the way it is here in AZ. The desert summer certainly doesn’t need to “save daylight”!🥵
