OK, so it's the morning of the 2nd day after TG meaning I just ate leftovers 1x since TG dinner & I'm already about ready to eat something different. I'll eat some today too though.

That's how I usually am...just about 2 days after TG & I'm ready for something else. Bring on the pizza or Chinese food, ha!

I could eat Thanksgiving food every day so I donít get tired of the leftovers before theyíre gone. Yesterday I had a turkey sandwich for lunch and turkey with mashed potatoes for dinner. If weíre at someone elseís house for Thanksgiving I make my own turkey, etc for leftovers at my house.

I always switch them up. Todayís lunch was leftover spinach artichoke dip on a gluten-free pizza crust topped with cheese and baked as pizza. My other option was to put bbq sauce on shredded turkey and making a pizza out of that.

We love left over turkey! In fact, itís the only way I enjoy it. I donít eat it on Thanksgiving Day. We carve the entire turkey after dinner. Part is refrigerated for the week (mostly for cold sandwiches and for a couple dinners) and I freeze the rest in several medium sized containers for meals down the way, including soup.

Itís always a good time for pizza, Chinese, (and Thai and Mexican food)!

Turkey I get sick of quickly. I'm good with a turkey sandwich the next day. The sides I could eat for awhile! Unfortunately those are mostly gone by the end of the meal!

I have strange food habits: I eat the same thing over and over (without ever tiring of it) and I prefer food cold.

I wish I’d get tired of chocolate.

I go to my parents for Thanksgiving, across the country, so I don't have leftovers. I flew back yesterday. I know my mom freezes everything and gets it out a few weeks later. Then it feels like a "new" meal that she doesn't have to cook rather than feeling like leftovers/eating the same thing over and over.

I've always hated leftovers. It's a large part of the reason I don't cook much as a single person. If I make something like a casserole, I'd have to eat it for 5-6 meals in a row to eat it all up. Yuck.

I love leftover Thanksgiving dinner. As well as the many things you can make with the leftovers. Today we boiled the turkey carcass, picked the meat of the bones, and have a pot of turkey broth to make soup. I love turkey sandwiches and casseroles.

However, we will be freezing some of the leftovers to pull out later. And we won't be eating the leftovers every day until they are gone. Variety, to me, makes everything better.

Iíve made soup out of the carcass bones and turkey scraps. We make turkey sandwiches, a casserole with the leftover stuffing, the rest I freeze for later. I could eat leftover sides forever.

I like to make something new to add each day. Today we are having turkey hotshots and a new corn casserole.

Had turkey sandwiches today and twice yesterday.

Well, we had exactly enough food to last for 2 days after, which was perfect because I'm ready for different food anyway (it's Sunday morning)!

I eat turkey year-round anyway, so a good turkey sandwich and ground turkey tacos are eaten quite often. And I can make my homemade macaroni salad whenever so no big deal there either. Stuffing and cranberry sauce are the only two TG foods I eat at TG time.

never! i make "little turkey sandwiches" out of the turkey and dinner rolls. i'll have a plain turkey sandwich, one with cheese, one with stuffing, one with cranberries....etc to change it up.

no leftovers this year since we ate at my mom's and she made individual Cornish Game Hens for us all.

I'm sick of leftovers now. The stuffing is finished, so my interest is waning.

I don't get tired of them. I usually alter them after 2 days or so - like a turkey melt.

I ate pumpkin pie for breakfast the last 3 days - so yummy.

Everything's gone now.

Thursday and Friday. I went out for dinner last night and my husband worked at night so 2 days was all we had. I did freeze some turkey for another day.

We eat leftovers all day Friday and sandwiches for lunch on Saturday, then pick all the meat off and make soup with some of the broth for dinner and freeze the rest.. The rest of the turkey gets chopped up and put in the freezer. I have a two day rule for leftovers, but love having stuff in the freezer. We had something else tonight, but I'm already pulling some turkey out of the freezer for enchiladas tomorrow.

We pigged out on leftover pie and it was gone in a day and a half. I have lots of raw veggies still waiting to be used though!
