Have you used the "Being a Writer" program? What do you think about it?
I have been using my own adaption of Lucy Caulkins. We just got "Being a Writer" and are mandated to use it from now until "they" change their minds.
Any experience with it?

We've used it for a couple of years. I have had a hard time using it because I don't think it's "meaty" enough. I supplement a lot of 6 traits materials into it. I do like how it teaches the kids to edit their papers.
We have a training coming up on Wednesday for the program. Maybe, I'll learn something new about it.
