Clip to ScrapBook #1

I am having trouble keeping track of my reading block this year. I have notes that are here or there and take me forever to put together to see who did what, needs what, or has what. I have it all, just not in a well organized form. Does anybody have any forms they use that puts it all together in a user friendly way? Thanks

I can't post the exact forms on here because of copyright issues, but Literacy Assessment & Intervention for Classroom Teachers by Beverly DeVries has a lot of resources and good ideas for staying organized. She offers many checklists for a classroom use or for individual use. I'm sorry I couldn't post the actual charts, but the text makes for a good read and resource. Good luck on your search! : )
