Clip to ScrapBook #1

I love having a fall break and 4 day weekends here and there. But School starts back for my students on 7/27. That means school starts back in 63 days and I report back in 57 days. Plus working summer school and taking a college course...

I think I can finally slow down and stop next year... But I doubt it.

Have a great summer guys! Get some rest for me.

I had to check your profile to see where you live! When I lived in Hawai'i, it was like that. For a while, we were getting out mid-June (around the 10th) and kids started back end of July (around the 25th). We, of course, started back a week or so earlier than that (basically, mid-July). It was great during the year- lots of 3-day weekends, week-long fall break, 3-week winter break and a 2-week spring break- but it was not as fun at the ends of the year when we were in school and no one else was!

I don't get a summer. I'm working 45-50 hour weeks year-long these days So hopefully someone can get some rest for both of us!
