Informed by the principal today that instead of our round tables in class, they ordered these individual tray tables( not desks), from amazon. I looked them up to match his picture. They look like an ironing board! They are Lifetime table trays. Sorry I can't share the picture. Really!!! Can't even imagine how many times these will fall over.

I have a couple of those and actually they are sturdy. We do use them to hold our laptops and to do some work when we want to sit in front of the TV. That being said, I'm not sure I would want to use them with kinders.

Would they even be the right height for kindergarten students? I think my tables are 21-22" tall.

Is that the poor man's answer to desks?! Yikes! I'd tell them asap that they need returned and you'd rather have traditional lap desks. There's no way those will work well in kinder.

Did they get you new chairs? Our kinder chairs would not work with those.
