ESL Resource position??

I have been working in a self-contained classroom for the last 10 years and I am currently looking for a job. I have been told by one district that I am their top candidate - the position is for an ESL resource and their district philosophy is to use inclusion as much as possible. Just wondering if anyone else has done this position and what your experiences have been? I know it can be tricky because it requires a lot of collaboration and communication amongst teachers.

ESL Inclusion

Inclusion is NOT a model for ESL. It is a valid model for EC, but not ESL, because students' require explicit instruction in the language needed, which is not feasible in a regular classroom.
