Especially one where parents share what they'll send in?

I'm not sure what you're asking for.

Would Sign Up Genius work for organizing your holiday party and having parents sign up? Not sure of your parentsí access to a computer. We used Sign Up Genius for the actual sign up. Parents can see what is needed. Iím retired so no longer have the holiday party letter we sent out letting parents know how to sign up or an example of what we put on Sign Up Genius.

Oh..potluck type things? Sorry, I get it now. For this month, I just included in the newsletter our class will perform a Holiday Concert and 12/19 and we will have a Quesadilla party after and included a list of needed items for the luncheon. I put the list on the fridge and parents can sign up on that list or text me what they will bring and I write it in.

I know many who use SignUpGenius that Zipline posted.

I have done a cookie decorating party and just put a sign up sheet on my classroom door. We have a school app and I use the Remind app too but I find I get too many donated things with too much advertising.

You could make a list of what you need or want and divide it up alphabetically by last name. For example, A-C bring juice. D-F bring cupcakes, etc.
