Nancy Pelosi Question- Not Political

I've been wondering how Nancy Pelosi gets her mask so tight around her neck when she is not wearing it. Is it elastic do you think? If you have to wear a mask it's a good look for women of a certain age to hide the neck area. I also like how her masks coordinate with her clothes without being matchy.

I've seen pictures of her dressed in all white - I always wonder how does she keep them clean? I'd have spilled on myself before I've even left the house.

I've admired her masks since they're quite stylish and always match her outfit. My "seamstress" isn't able to match my outfits... which tend to be jeans and sweatshirts.

What amazes me is how she manages to walk in those heels at age 80!

Money. She has well over $100 million. She probably had them custom fitted and coordinated.

Not political - but where did she get her money from? I wonder how many facelifts she's had? I mean - she's 80! (My hair has been completely grey since my mid 40's.) Why are men allowed to look old but women feel the need to look young?

Why do some women feel the need to be tacky and snide when talking about other women?

Their money comes from investments (good stocks like Apple and real estate).

get face lifts too. I think Biden may have had a face lift, it is rumored that Trump has had work done too. We know for sure that Ivanka and Melania have had quite a bit of surgery too. Not that I care one way or the other, just saying Pelosi is just doing what others do.
I know a lot of actors etc. get face lifts, some have had really bad results,Kenny Rogers for one. Oh, poor Michael Jackson! Then of course some get good results.

Your body, your choice.

Body lift . . . would that fix the Covid 19 problem I've gained?

It's all I can do to find a t-shirt to match my pajama capris let alone a face mask.

I knew I had read an article about her masks in the Baltimore Sun, but I couldn't find the article. I did find this from Elle Magazine when I did a web search. It looks like from the pictures that they have elastic that she wears around her neck under the back of her hair.

Pinemeadow, since I can't really justify plastic surgery on my neck I think I'll just order an upscale mask and keep it on my neck all the time.

neck masks

Teapro, your idea of using a face mask instead of plastic surgery for the neck is a sound idea. Now any idea about the area between the nose and the lips? I was thinking of starting a fashion trend of fake mustaches for women. Or perhaps a double mask, one for the neck and one to wear?

Seriously, there is a person in our area who makes flannel neck warmers which look suspiciously like a scarf with a new name. I'd buy one from her but she insists on buying flannel cloth with a "cute" pattern. Her idea of "cute" and mine don't match.

The bulk of Nancy Pelosi's money comes from her husband. He is an investment banker who has made many millions of dollars. Her salary is around $225,000 a year. I'm sure they have invested well over the years.
