The news said this is the trend now. The teens figure that as long as they look old enough, no one will suspect anything to ask for their ID. They've been successful, HOWEVER, they're stupid (NOT that I want them to get away with it) because they're posting these videos on Tik Tok so now others know about this trend too.

Hope they ALL get caught!

The fact that they're posting it on Tic Tok proves they're not mature enough to have alcohol.

This is nothing new. My friend was an elderly woman in a play. She went to the state store straight from dress rehearsal. At least 30 years ago. No questions were asked.

College students everywhere. My ds with his beard looks about 23 instead of almost 20 and he never gets id'd anywhere.

The truth is that

they should ask for ID from everyone. Wegman's does that. Other stores do it too.

It is very hard to really tell someone's age. I always (well, not anymore) but until I became a senior citizen looked younger than I was, by a lot. I got carded until I was in my 30s. My teacher friend, a big guy, shares that he could buy liquor without being carded since he was 14!

I have always looked older. I haven’t been carded since I was 21.
