Hi,
How would you answer the question "What should a good ESL curriculum look like"? It was an interview question posed to me.
Thanks,
Hermione

Can't find a comprehensive ESL curriculum posted anywhere i.e. covering all skills at all primary and secondary levels. Foolishly agreed to write one and got into deep water with so many variables affecting classroom realities. Just can't finish the task satisfactorily. Generalities seem to be the only answer. Anyone solved the problem?

I would say that an ESL curriculum should address the four language domains - listening, speaking, reading, & writing and should be aligned with the TESOL or WIDA standards.
