Language Plans/Modifications

For those ESL teachers/coordinators out there, I would like to see what your ILP - Individual Language Plan looks like. Our state has one, however it is very generic. I have made my own, but I would like to see others. Also, at the middle level, how do you determine what you include on their list of areas you would like to see improvement in? Do you have a generic list of modications that you use. As state testing requirements get more stringent, proving that even as esl students needs modifications is getting harder every day.

Thanks for you thoughts!

Illinois uses WIDA, testing with the ACCESS and screening with W-APT. I am not aware of any language development plan personalized to the student, except knowing the student and fitting your work to that student.

I'd be interested in knowing what state you are from, and what the plan looks like. Do you have an internet link you could post?

I am in Virginia and we use the WIDA testing protocols also. We have curriculum based on the WIDA ELL descriptors but they are not individualized.
