Clip to ScrapBook #1

I teach English to newcomers to the United States. I have my certification k-8 and my second licensure is ELL. I have a few questions about classroom décor and themes. How creative do you get in your decorating your classroom. Do you do themes? Do you follow a set curriculum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't have a theme. But, I do try to make my space as inviting as possible. I try to include some greetings in students first language. Then during first few sessions take photos and have a bulletin board that includes some work/info about the students.
