Did anyone else have issues with Aesop today? Was it down? Also, how long after rejecting a call does it take to get a new one?

If I reject a job, I can accept one as soon as one pops up. But I think it depends on how the district sets it up. I reject most classified jobs (aides, cooks, etc), but have not been prevented from other jobs as they pop up.

I have rejected a couple of jobs today and I seem to get other job offers as usual (one came up that I accepted right between the two that I rejected).

I wouldn't think that a district would ever want to limit the number of available subs if they have a choice, so I wouldn't think they would want to stop sending out offers to someone who rejected a different offer. People do have valid reason for rejecting jobs - it would be better to get a better-fit sub for those jobs, anyway. That is my opinion and my thoughts.

For sure there are different settings for different districts because I've never, ever, ever been offered a classified job.

I'm signed up. As a retired teacher, I've only been able to accept 100 certified days a year until this year. So I would take those $8.25 an hour jobs during dry spells. Now that Illinois has changed the law, I can sub 120 days as a teacher. I'll save the classified jobs for the end of the year if I run out of certified days.
