Relocating: Does GA have jobs?

I currently live in Central Ohio and there are no jobs to be found. I have searched for 3 years before getting a job offer this year. My husband wants to move to Georgia. What are jobs like there? Are there many jobs? Is the pay ok? What can you tell me about jobs in Georgia? We don't have a particular area nailed down.

I moved down here 16 years ago and my major issue was culture shock. Now that I've gotten over that, I do enjoy it here. There are jobs where I'm at (near Athens), and I did switch counties last year without any major problems. The pay is okay for the area, the cost of living is lower here so it equals out.

If you have any other questions, you can pm me!

It seems that Cobb and Clayton school districts have jobs in Georgia. I would check the educationamerica.net website to see openings for jobs in Georgia. Hope this helps.
