Interview Questions

Clip to ScrapBook #1

Hello everyone,

I have been fortunate to get about five interviews this summer, however, so far have not landed a position. The most recent interview I do not think I faired very well on. One questions I completely bombed on and another I know I could have answered better.

One question I am wondering on though is "how would you handle a conflict with another staff member?" What is the best way to answer this question...usually I say I try to look for ways I have contributed to the situation and then approach the individual anddiscuss ways it can be resolved. If it is a big problem I would ask the principal or other neutral staff member to facilitate the discussion.

Is this answer okay or should I say something different? I always stress keeping it professional so as to be a good model for the students.
