Clip to ScrapBook #1

One of the biggest issues for me is being the boss of my ownl school.

I don't speak Japanese well enough to take on business matters. If a tax officer calls and I answer the phone, he immediately asks if there is a Japanese employee available.

My wife takes on matters like that and is stressed out because I can't help which stresses me out in return. I offer to help but she always responds "It will take longer to explain than it will to just do it so don't worry about it" followed by a very frustrated sigh.

Also, since I haven't had time to plan a curriculum, my one-and-only (since that's all I can afford at the moment) employee gets frustrated because she hasn't been assigned a task. She then asks my wife if there is anything she can help with.

Basically, I own the place and my wife is my boss.

How can I turn this place (and/or myself) around in my favor?
