I'm going to a job fair this weekend. I plan on bringing plenty of resumes but should I bring cover letters too? I guess I can make a general one. Do people bring cover letters to job fairs?

Hi Mrs. B,

Just make a general one and hand it in with your cover letter. Where I am, if you hand a resume in without a cover letter it won't get looked at.

Seems Early for Career Fair

Here in FL, they don't start having these teacher recruitment fairs until April at the earliest. And some of these fairs are in late June, with the school year beginning early August! Of course they hire beforehand, but I feel my best chance is at a fair where I can talk face-to-face with numerous schools.
BTW, definitely include a generic cover letter. It can't hurt. Address it "Dear representative" or whatever you can think up. Good luck at getting a job.
