Clip to ScrapBook #1

So, I'm currently in a graduate course and one of the chapters we're reading about is by Killion about it talks a lot about Coaching Heavy v. Coaching Light. I was wondering if anyone could tell me their thoughts on these two approaches. How can coaches tell when itís time to move from coaching light to coaching heavy?
