Already accomplished this morning!

Woke up at 6:45 am to some already mowing their lawn.

So at 8 am, I started on mine. Then I cleared out the garage of major things on the floor and got rid of all the dead bugs, grass, and spiderwebs. Then I reorganized the items back in the garage neatly.

I really didnít want to do it, but temps are already hot and just getting worse!!

I deserve another (ok maybe 3rd) cup of coffee!!

Yup, you deserve those extra cups of coffee! I feel your pain about being woken up by a lawn mower. I live in a town that has the nickname ďThe Borough of TreesĒ. Seriously, every house has at least one huge oak tree on the property. We get woken up by leaf blowers all. the. time. These trees are always dumping something onto the grass and sidewalks. Landscapers usually start around 7:00 AM here. Noise machines have helped a lot

I was out early this morning too. I am back in, showered and ready to get my online grocery pick up order. It is supposed to be 98 here in Iowa today with a feels like temperature of 110. I am not a heat and humidity person unless I am in the water. I will be inside today reading and decluttering our spare bedroom.

Impressive. I understand the need to do yardwork early in the morning in hot, humid weather, but I'd be frosted about lawn mowing at 6:45 a.m. on a Saturday.

We had some moderate weather last week, so lawn mowing and garage/patio tidying up is done for me. We're under a heat advisory (heat indices in the triple digits - rare for Wisconsin) so I'm thinking this will be a good day to clean my basement laundry room and rec room - especially since we may have severe weather coming our way.

good job!

i got a late start (currently not sleeping--go to bed at 11 and lie there until about 2) today i let myself slumber until 9.

went for 4.5 mile jog

vacuumed the stairs

was just asked by DS if i would sew 25 masks for a friend (for $). i've made several for self and DH and a few for other family members....but i swear i've messed up ONE (different) part on each one. i am a rapid seamstress and not very careful with details....i'll have to focus in order to get this right!

plans for rest of the day:
pick up something at library
post some items for sale on FB
email principal
continue setting up my craft/sewing room--so all my junk isn't spread out on kitchen table and counter!
read, read, read!
