I'm cooking a 7 lb. turkey breast that I brined overnight. Should I put it in an oven bag or not? I don't know!!!

I have made turkey both ways, but I feel the bag keeps the turkey from drying out as I am not one to check, baste, check....I like to do other things.

I've read that putting a tin foil tent does just as good of a job...that's what I'm trying today

We bag ours. It's nice and moist that way

I have never had a dry turkey when I bag it.

I use a bag or make a tin-foil tent. Same results. Clean-up is easier with the bag.
