I need some help revamping this poem for the Christmas Calendar that Christina made. I am not much of a poet. I thought I would try my american collegues. This poem is for July 4th but I need it to be about our July 1st instead, Canada Day.
Hurrah for the Fourth of July,
when fireworks light up the sky!
We’ll wear red, white,and blue
share a picnic or two,
and watch the parade
passing by.

Hourrah for the first of July
when the fireworks light up the sky!
We'll wear red and white,

we really dont have a parades on that day.
Hope someone can help me. I am going to post to the Canadians, too.
