I made my very first brisket

Last week I decided to attempt my very first brisket. It was quite the production to make.

I followed the recipe exactly. Next time Iíll make a few small changes, but all in all, it turned out and was quite tasty.

I have to say, I couldnít have done it without my mother. I canít imagine not having her around to call.

Looks delicious! Great job

I've never made a brisket, but it always looks like a roast me (we've made roasts).

That looks delicious! Good job! Now, when can I expect a plate of leftovers I haven't had brisket in a long time.
