Following Blogs

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I created a yahoo email address so that I could follow all of the wonderful blogs I have been addicted to lately. I have spent the past hour going through and finding the blogs i love and becoming a follower. My question is "now how do I find my list of blogs i am following?" Or will i get email updates? I look at my yahoo homepage and see nothing about blogs. Please help! Thanks!

I agree the blogs are addictive and wonderful - I just put them in my favorites or on my toolbar. I don't know any other process -- maybe someone else will give some insight. Which are your favorites?

I made a folder on my desktop that says blogs. I put them all in there when I find one I like. So, when I am ready to look through them I just click the folder on the desktop and look at one at a time.

I use Google reader to follow some of the blogs. When you log in you can see all the new posts on all of the blogs you follow, right on the main page.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about yahoo, so I can't help you there. I keep the blogs and useful web pages I like organized on Delicious.com. It's super easy, and lets you save them under multiple categories that you make up. So I have Education-Writing and teacher-blogs and food-spices, for instance. It's been great. I hope you get help finding your blogs again. But if you don't, you might want to try Delicious.

Good Luck

I would suggest Google Reader. Blogger is owned by them so I believe all the work you just did will show up as soon as you log in. Then you can see quickly which blogs have posted something new instead of having to go open all of them and check.

If you use Safari, bookmark the blogs you like, then in the left corner of the bookmark bar there is an icon that looks like a book. Click on that and there you can make a blog folder and then take the bookmarked blogs from the tool bar and put them into your folder. I just click on the book each time and there are all of my blogs I like to follow.
