Baseball tonight - sleep in tomorrow - sleep in Sunday, sleep in Monday and then it's baseball ,baseball, baseball the entire rest of the day from noon on.
But it's time with family and that's what I'm happy about. And of course, hoping we win

Hope everyone has a great long weekend!

Our weekend will be intense.

Our nephews are staying here tonight and Saturday. They are 6 and 9. I'm a little annoyed about it because their mom (SIL) is recently divorced and has a new BF. They basically are going hiking every weekend. The last two weekends the boys stayed with the grandparents and now with us. She only has them 1/2 time so I feel like she should plan these hikes on the off weekends. She's really intense and a marathon runner and super crazy about food so I feel like this is just another obsession and she's putting it before the kids.

Anyway, we are taking them with us to Babies R Us as we need to get our car seat and some basics as I'm getting worried that we don't have any baby stuff (not even diapers yet!) to make it more fun for them we are giving them each $15 to buy their new cousin a gift.

My wife will have them during the day tomorrow and in preparation for my other SILs wedding we are all getting pedicures and there's a "ladies luncheon" with family and the bridesmaids. My wife is skipping that and spending the day with her nephews as she's not the ladies luncheon type. Then we have a big family dinner at a fancy restaurant Saturday night before the wedding.

Sunday is the wedding, so that will be an all day event. I have a hurt back and twisted ankle and hurt heel from a fall I had a month ago (!!! It's getting worse, not better!!!) so I will show off my pedicure in ugly Birkenstocks with my cocktail dress for the wedding. I'm feeling huge and pregnant anyway. That should be another post altogether.

Monday, fingers crossed, my wife and FIL will put together the crib and dresser. I'm getting anxious because we have nothing prepared yet!
