So I’m watching “The Prodigal Son” and “Deputy” and enjoying them both more than I thought I would.

Anyone else watching them? Thoughts?

Yes! I happened upon Prodigal Son on Hulu on Friday, and I’m up to episode 11 already! it is addicting and I love Michael Sheen, he is creepily good. And I have a little crush on the main character. The last episode I watched was super intense.

In a weird coincidence, the free Amazon prime book I randomly picked this month (and quickly forgot about) was also about a serial killer who has a copycat, and the police need his help to solve the case. Also, the wife’s name is Jessica. Lots of similarities, but the book is very good! I read it in two sittings. A Killer’s Wife by Victor Methos.

I will have to check out Deputy.

I tried to watch Prodigal Son but couldn't get into it. Now I am watching "Dexter."

Will try PS again later. It sounds like something I could enjoy.

I tried Prodigal Son and couldn’t get into it. Thanks for the recommendation of Deputy—I just googled it and I’m going to try it.

KatieViolet, thanks for the book recommendation—I just ordered it.

DH and I have really liked this show. I really like the relationship between the husband/wife/daughter!

We haven't watched Prodigal Son yet.

Yep, fiance' and I watch both of those too along with a LOT of others (All Rise, Evil, 9-1-1 Lone Star, The Neighborhood, The Unicorn, Carol's Second Act, Bob Hearts Abishola, A Million Little Things, LEGO Masters, Masked Singer, Spy Games, and a TON more). We gave up on Manifest and Good Girls though.

We like them both. On Deputy, fiance' and I don't understand the sheriff's need for the character named Deputy Brianna Bishop who's at his side 24/7.

Not sure (poor memory) but I think Deputy Bishop may be his brother?
