Making improvements

We're starting to get things done to eventually put the house up for sale. Likely to happen in a year or two.

We had new insulation a few weeks back and will be having the inside painted at the end of the month.

Today was work to our side yard. We have two sections on the side. One is a pie shaped grassy area where the grass rarely grows. The other was a huge area that our gardner would dump mulch every so often and where the pups like to do their business,

It looks so much better.

It looks great! Be careful not to do so much work that you don't want to leave!

Not a chance of that happening. Can't afford to retire here anyway. Next year will be my last, and hope to move soon after,
