Surgery update
Old 07-16-2020, 07:43 PM

Last month, I had posted about how I was scheduled to have a hysterectomy and was scared out of my mind. I had a lot of comforting responses on PT that helped me so much. I am so happy to say that I went to my 6 week follow-up appointment today and the doctor said I was 100% healed. I feel great and feel like I have so much more energy now. Thank you everyone who shared their experiences and advice. You guys rock!!!

Iím so glad that you are feeling better. That is a surgery I had quite a number of years ago.

How is it 6 weeks already? 6 weeks goes by so fast! (It did for me too). I am so glad you have this behind you and are feeling so well. I didn't realize how much of what I was feeling was because of my ovary until after my ovary was removed and I suddenly felt well again. Thanks for the update

I'm sure you're glad that's over. Be sure to keep tabs on your calcium and vitamin D. Those are important after a hysterectomy.
