I am thinking about buying a pair of Ugg Boots for winter, but not sure if I'm too old to wear them. I have recently lost 50 lbs. and I am wanting to wear skinny jeans with them. What age do you think you are too old to wear them?

If you feel comfortable in them then age shouldn't matter. They're not a crazy fashion item-they're comfortable and warm boots. Get them!

There also many styles of UGG boots. Last year I bought a pair of black suede ones with wedge heels and the lining with an inside zipper. I love them and I'm 40! So any age!

Um.. I guess when you are in your 80s. I am in my mid 60s and wear them. I don't wear them with daisy dukes like the California girls do. I know, get the bleach for my eyes just having a mental image of that! I wear them with jeans etc.
I have the Uggs slippers and wear them at home all the time.

Go for it.

PLEASE don't wear them with shorts or a miniskirt! I saw a funny pinterest picture that had a person in Uggs and a miniskirt and it called them a 'Eski-ho" I cracked up at that one!

I don't think there is an age limit for uggs. They are cute! Wear them!

How do you keep them soil resistant? Are they naturally water/snow repellant?

I love my uggs. I wear them all winter long. I just have the basic ones in black and I am buying another pair for this winter. I also wear them with skinny jeans! I am over 40 and love them.

I am 63 and bought a pair of Ugg boots to wear this winter. They were on sale at Nordstrom's and they are very rarely on sale for the price they were offering. Couldn't pass it up, and cannot wait to wear them!

You go for it. I have a pair myself, they're the best and oh so warm! Good for you for losing the weight!

I am in my thirties, am a size 8, and wouldn't wear skinny jeans, but I love my Uggs!
I have a black pair that I wear with jeans, but never to school. Teachers of all ages at work wear them... go for it!

I bought a pair recently, but returned them. Let me just say... UGG boots and hot flashes do not go well together. These days I'll be wearing sandels all year round!
