Two thirty ish and I am wide awake....well not wide awake...kinda drowsy!

I just took some advil and a claritin...I have adult induced allergies...never had them until a year ago...

I feel fine otherwise!

Just want to sleep!

Waking up middle of the night with a headache is a bummer. Try a warm shower to open up your breathing. Check with pharmacist to see if it is okay to us Flonase with your Claritin.

We use our room air conditioner to filter out the pollen although I prefer to sleep with the fresh air.

I have to take Allegra in the morning and Zyrtec at night.

The only time I ever get headaches is from allergies.

I wish you were near an ocean so you could breathe in that wonderful salt air! I would get some Afrin Nasal Spray and use that when you take the pain killers. Allergy and sinus headaches are the pits! Hope you are feeling better by now!
