Oh my. Just started a free three month trial on our new (used) car. There are so many channels to choose from. What are your favorites and what type of music does it play? Iíd love some suggestions.

I listen to the 60s, 70s, and 80s oldies...low numbers on the channels.

I also listen to station 15...the Pulse...more recent hits.

I'm boring-
70's
MSNBC
CNN
Broadway

We travel to see family and this is great for those long trips. Also, if you call, you can often negotiate the price. I won't pay the $25 per month, so paid for a year and got it for $6 per month.

We have it.. We like the Beatles channel and Kenny Chesney channel (makes me feel like I'm at the beach). There are more, but I can't remember what they're all called.

As for the price (some have mentioned it's too pricey). If you call to "cancel" they'll try to offer you a deal. Don't accept that deal and they will offer you a better one. We've done this several times because it IS expensive without the deals! The deals make it MUCH more affordable.

I listen to today's hits, 80s, 90s, Pop2K, and modern country.

**Tip: Call to cancel when it is time to renew. Speak to a representative. They will continue to bring the price down to keep you as a customer, I ended up paying $40 for 6 months. I've done this twice.

I don't have it any more, because I can't justify it on the short drives I do. But when we had it, we really enjoyed listening to the comedy channels, and I loved Doctor radio. And we always went through channels 6-11 or so - music by the decade.

I often think Iím a music weirdo or maybe eclectic.

Iíve had Sirius XM for about 4 years. I play ďthe cancel and get a better priceĒ game every year. You can get better deals if you sign up for three or six months subscription. I donít want to do that so I get a yearís subscription. I can listen to it not only in my car but on devices, too.

My channels:
72 On Broadway
71 Siriously Sinatra
70 Love
32 The Bridge
18 Beatles
5 50s
6 60s
7 70s

I had it for several years. I like country, so the channels around 56 are all country. Whenever I did renew, I always called for a better deal.

I recently canceled since my car isn't going anywhere far soon. I canceled by chat on the webpage, so that was nice. They did offer a good deal, but we have Spotify as a family and I started playing that in the car

My favorite station is the 60's on 6. Phlash Phleps is such an interesting host in the morning.
50's on 5 has some very good oldies.
During the summer we listen to Yacht Rock-kinda a mix from 60's 70's. Elton John, Gordon Lightfoot etc
Lately I've found the Tribute channel interesting. It's in talk radio format. Glenn Beck, Nancy Grace (love to try to figure out who dunnit!

We also love ESPN and all the assorted college conference stations. Often if I don't like the TV announcer will listen on the radio. The mute button is our best friend!

Reading Rock - just download the app and you can play it on any device. If you have an Echo or Dot from Amazon, you can connect your account to those as well.

Channels:
- Stars 109
- Today Show Radio 108
- 60's, 70's, 80's - 6,7,8

- Broadway
- Garth Brooks - I think 55?
- Y2K Country - somewhere in the 50's

- There's a channel that regularly rotates between Love, Billy Joel, and Hallmark. I like that one too.
- I also listen to the stand up comedy channels sometimes. Laugh USA is pretty clean - the other ones, not so much.
