Blender Recommendation

Iím looking for a small blender.

The only blender Iíve every owned was a 1970ís model that was huge, heavy, and a bear to assemble and clean. It was rarely used, took up valuable cabinet space, and ended up at Goodwill when DH & I combined households.

I do own an immersion blender that I use often when making soups, but it doesnít work as well for things like drinks. Iíd like to be able to whip up a single drink or other small item without a major cleanup.

Suggestions?

If you are thinking of making smoothie type drinks, the Nutri Ninja works great. There are a number of different models available. Ours has Auto IQ, is easy to clean up, and we are able to just store it in the cupboard.

I have the Ninja and love it. I think they sell a small one just for making drinks.

We had a Magic Bullet for many years. It had cups that were just the right size for making an individual drink.

We have one too, and it works well for drinks. I also use it to grind flax seeds.
