I have some thin cut round steak steaks anyone have a good recipe for steak and gravy? Thank you

Husband makes this often. Basically, coat steaks in flour and seasoning. Cook a few minutes on each side. Remove. Add some garlic, tomato sauce, and seasonings and bring to a simmer. Add steaks back to pan to finish cooking. Serve with noodles

Swiss Steak
Dredge tenderized meat in flour and sear on both sides. Put meat in dutch oven. Cook onions and mushrooms in skillet. Add to dutch oven. Cover with gravy. I use canned because I never could make gravy from scratch. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
