I’ve seen all these ads for chewy.com so I figured I’d order some stuff for when Swift comes home.

Yeah, they now have a customer for life.

Besides the standard leash, collar, bowls, and clean up supplies, I also got a small selection of toys including some “ChuckIt” balls so DS could practice one of his IEP goals of throwing a ball. I got the small ones because Swift is still so little.

They arrived yesterday and in a month these things are going to be a choking hazard. I went to their website and followed the directions to make a return. This morning I received an email crediting my card the cost of the item and suggesting if I can’t use them that I could donate them to a local pet shelter.

Customer. For. Life.

I can’t wait to order from them again.

My daughter is a customer of Chewie.com and very happy. She has shared pictures if her dog on their Facebook page. One day they surprised her by sending her a small commissioned portrait of her dog!

My lab eats tennis balls but we found a ball with holes that works well for her. We have a few of them. She catches them and throws them. She shakes them from side to side. She hasn't destroyed one yet. They are great for inside and outside the house. I've seen them online and in pet stores, probably Walmart too. They are called JW Hol-ee balls. There's one that's called a treat ball and one that's not. We use them for play not treats. We have one the size of a kick ball and one a little larger than a softball. She prefers the one close to the size of the softball. (Our dog is a 65 pound, 8 year old lab mix for comparison). Perhaps your dog will like those.

I agree Chewy has the best customer service. I left a review about a dog toy that said I didnít think it was a good product and I wouldnít recommend it, the next day I had an email from Chewy saying they were crediting my credit card for it because I wasnít happy with it. I never asked for a refund because I had the toy for a couple weeks and my dogs had destroyed it. But thatís service above and beyond.

I love Chewy. When my older dog died in March. I asked about returning a box of unopened pee pads. They told me to donate them and credited my account. They also sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Yes! I love them too. I use chewy for their auto-ship subscriptions. We get dog food, treats, and joint medicine.

Also, donít forget about 1-800-pet meds for things also. I get our flea/tick medicine from them as well as some prescriptions throughout the years. You can hook up your vets prescription on-line and even buy generic!

Agree. Chewy customer service is the best of any retail any category anywhere.

I order from them regularly because my dog has a strict diet with only prescription food. Shipping usually takes 2 days. During the early days of the shut down there was a huge back up with shipping companies and two days stretched into two weeks. They kept me informed on a daily basis. My vet office was shut down so I asked them if they could recommend a nonprescription food I could buy at the supermarket if I ran out before the shipment arrived. They express mailed me two cans free of charge and told me to call back if the shipment didn't arrive in time and they would send more.

If they forget something itís there in a couple of days

Yes! We love them. We're on a rotating schedule for prescription food and when there were delays in shipping (out of their control, when Covid first started), they emailed and said I may want to order it earlier just in case. I did and it arrived on time!

I sent them a picture of our cat laying on top of the Chewy box, and they sent the sweetest email back. They didn't have to take the time to do that, but they did.

Very happy with them.
