Ear Plugs

I have worn ear plugs the last two nights and slept so much better. My husband uses a C Pap machine and sometimes it squeaks and wakes me up.

Wondering if anyone else uses ear plugs for sleeping. What kind do you use? Any problems with wearing them nightly?

Iíve been doing it for nearly a year now. I just wear the drug store ones, change them every few days. Iím such a light sleeper and wake at the slightest noise. They really help me sleep well!

I've used them for 20+ years. My mom always used them to block my dad's snoring and she suggested them to me. I use a brand called Mack's.

are the best. They are soft. They are comfortable. Easy to put in and take out due to the shape of the outer end. And I really like that pairs are individually wrapped.

I have been wearing them for probably the last 15 years. DH snores so bad it can shake the bed.

My favorites are generic ones from Riteaid. They are orange and soft. Fit my ear best.

I've worn them for years to block out husband's snoring. I like the brand called Quiet Please.
