Cold Day

It's a chilly day today-low 60s, cloudy, and windy. It's a perfect day for reading. I'm sitting on the couch covered up reading my book (just taking a break). I love covering up when it's cold and reading a good book. I might do some Netflix or tv when I am finished reading. I was tempted to order Panera soup for delivery, but resisted. If only I had a fireplace!

Perfect for hot chocolate! Maybe I'll have that later!

I would love to walk outdoors and find 60 degree temps. It is burning hot in central Texas.

I really should walk, but I can't get out from under this blanket!

I went to the local farm stand to get corn to freeze. Perfect day because the kitchen didn’t get all hot and steamy in the process. I had on just a T shirt and sort of wished I would have thrown on a light jacket.

Beautiful! That's my favorite type of day We're about 20 degrees too hot for that day, but I know those days are in my future

Wish it was that here! It's in the high 90s and into 100 here these days!

Sounds lovely!
It's funny how our summer vs. winter thoughts change about what is cold. In the winter, a 60° day would be beautiful and people would be out in droves enjoying it.

Also funny, how the same temperature feels either warmer or colder depending on whether the sun is out or it is cloudy. 75° and cloudy is perfect for me. 75° in the direct sun feels too warm (for me). 70° in the sun is divine, but under the clouds it is a little chilly. I have a narrow range of comfort, apparently.
